Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and full cycle accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems.
• Experience with bank reconciliations and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily accounting operations including general ledger and reconciliations.
• Perform monthly entries and reconciliations for balance sheet accounts including fixed assets and leases.
• Support preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and assist with audits and process reviews.
• Continually assess internal controls and provide improvement recommendations.
• Other duties as assigned.
