Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a finance professional to ensure accurate financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders. You will handle routine journal entries, prepare monthly balance sheets, and assist with audits in a GAAP environment to support sound financial management across business lines.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain robust processes, update policies, and drive continuous improvement through standardization and automation of accounting tasks.

Qualifications

• Prepare and file compliance-related reports.
• Facilitate and support client due diligence reports and billing as required.
• Perform intercompany bookings and maintain accurate internal accounting records.
• Handle ad-hoc transaction bookings as needed.
• Prepare journal entries, adjustments, and corrections to maintain accurate books.
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations.
• Perform Local Books vs Workday reconciliations to ensure alignment and accuracy.
• Review financial reporting and accounting for completeness and correctness.
• Provide global support during audit requirements, ensuring timely data and report submission.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors for smooth audit execution.
• Prepare the customer profit & loss account.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly journal entries.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet control accounts for approval.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly business line wise reports as directed and resolve queries.
• Provide support to all Departments and business Managers with financial issues.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts and audit files.
• Support the Finance Team and drive process improvements.
