Qualifications

• Experience with month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly and quarterly financial close processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Assist with the preparation and analysis of financial statements and management reporting.
• Perform variance analysis and investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation in accordance with US GAAP.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to address accounting questions and support financial reporting needs.
• Assist with intercompany accounting activities and other general accounting functions.
• Support internal and external audit requests by providing documentation and responding to inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting procedures, and overall efficiency.
• Participate in system implementations, process enhancements, and other accounting-related initiatives.
• Support the integration of new business operations into existing accounting processes and systems.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
