CV Resources, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support the accounting team with core general ledger functions and the month-end close process.

You will prepare journal entries, perform reconciliations, and assist with financial statement preparation in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 4–6+ years of progressive accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and proficiency in Sage Intacct and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4–6+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong experience with month-end close and general ledger accounting.
• Proficiency in account reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
• Solid understanding of revenue recognition and accrual accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems (Sage Intacct preferred) and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals and adjustments during the month-end close.
• Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Record and analyze revenue accruals for accurate recognition.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Maintain general ledger integrity and GAAP compliance.
• Support audit requests and provide documentation.
