Renuity is seeking a Senior Accountant to act as a trusted financial partner, owning month-end close, divisional reporting, and audit support in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment. You will strengthen internal controls and leverage technology for scale.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 2–4 years' experience, US GAAP knowledge, and ERP proficiency (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite); CPA preferred. The role offers growth opportunities within a national footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–4 years of progressive accounting experience.
• US GAAP knowledge and ability to prepare complex financial statements.
• ERP systems proficiency (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with external audits and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close with journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Prepare GAAP financial statements and divisional packages for leadership.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with FP&A.
• Coordinate with external auditors; prepare schedules and documentation.
• Strengthen internal controls and accounting policies across units.
• Drive process improvements using ERP and automation tools.
• Mentor junior accounting staff and promote accuracy.
