Job summary

Adaptive Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Accountant to own the month-end close, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, and deliver audit-ready documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Join a finance team that partners with operations, supports audits and tax filings, and drives continuous process improvements across ERP and GL systems. CPA and 5+ years of progressive accounting experience are required.

Qualifications

• CPA designation required with 5+ years in progressive accounting.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and monthly close experience.
• Advanced Excel and ERP/general ledger tooling experience.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and reclassifications.
• Prepare reconciliations, supporting schedules, and audit-ready docs.
• Support audits, tax filings, and financial reporting.
• Review balance sheet accounts and perform variance analysis.
• Provide accounting guidance to operational departments.
• Assist with external audits and respond to auditor requests.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Mentor junior accounting staff and ensure accuracy.
