You will lead the monthly close, review journal entries and reconciliations, and mentor accounting staff while driving process improvements and cross-functional partnerships. Qualifications

• 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience with strong US GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with month-end close, financial reporting and GL management.
• CPA designation or active pursuit preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate the monthly close process for timely financial reporting.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger activity for accuracy.
• Prepare and review financial reports, analyses, and schedules for leadership.
• Mentor accounting staff and drive team development and accountability.
• Identify process improvements and strengthen internal controls.
