Randstad USA is seeking a Senior Accountant to own full-cycle accounting and provide financial insights bridging corporate finance and field operations. The role involves managing complex WIP and job-costing metrics and supporting strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities include leading multi-entity close processes, GL maintenance, detailed balance sheet reconciliations, and preparing monthly P&L statements.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of professional accounting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience.
• CPA preferred.
• Experience in A/C/E industries preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead fiscal close processes for multiple entities, maintain GL, and perform complex journal entries.
• Track and calculate production and utilization metrics, including raw material consumption and project costs.
• Reconcile physical-to-book inventory counts with Dept Heads; maintain depreciation schedules for equipment and facilities.
• Prepare monthly P&L statements and balance sheets; assist in annual budget and forecasts.
• Manage PO accrual tracking to recognize costs in correct periods.
• Ensure adherence to U.S. GAAP.
• Serve as liaison for external auditors and prepare workpapers.
