• Experience in Full Cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Experience in Project Accounting- Contracts, Job Costing, Progress Billing.
• Month End/Quarter End/Year End Journal Entries and Allocations.

Responsibilities

• Financial Data and GL Analysis to ensure accurate coding.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and reviews.
• Review AP/AR Aging to support cash flow health.
• Foster internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
• Balance Sheet and Bank Reconciliations.
• Sales & Use Tax Returns.
• Month End/Quarter End/Year End Journal Entries.
