What You’ll Do:

• Lead key components of the month-end and year-end close
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting schedules
• Analyze balance sheet and P&L activity, identifying trends and variances
• Support audit preparation and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes
• Assist with system enhancements and process automation initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–6+ years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience in month-end close and reconciliations
• ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
