Job summary

Priority Envelope, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant in Plymouth, MN to manage corporate financial reporting, GL reconciliation, and month-end close with accuracy and confidentiality.

You will prepare journal entries, assist with year-end close and audits, process payroll, tax returns, and support benefits, with opportunities to mentor Billing and Credit staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with accounting and payroll systems; proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts; develop monthly financials.
• Consolidate month-end financial statements and schedules; assist with year-end close and audit.
• Prepare state sales tax returns; review job costing and inventory validation for accuracy.
• Review and approve credit/rebill requests; maintain fixed asset schedules; process payroll.
• Support benefits renewals and back-up for Billing/Credit staff.
