Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• CPA license or active pursuit of CPA certification preferred.
• Experience with revenue and expense recognition required.
• Experience with multi-subsidiary organizations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Perform full month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Prepare and maintain general ledger account reconciliations with timely issue resolution.
• Support close activities across multiple subsidiaries for consistency and policy adherence.
• Prepare schedules, workpapers, and analyses for internal reporting and external audits.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and auditors to respond to audit requests and inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and efficiencies.
• Prepare, document, and maintain SOPs.
• Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analyses as needed.
