Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience including financial reporting or technical accounting.
• Public accounting experience; Big Four preferred.
• Strong foundation in U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Experience researching accounting guidance and contributing to memos.

Responsibilities

• Prepare external filings (Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K) and earnings releases with notes and schedules.
• Manage equity accounting under ASC 718, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Research routine and emerging GAAP/SEC guidance and contribute memorandums.
• Support SOX compliance and external audits with documentation and schedules.
• Improve reporting workflows using Excel, Workiva, Oracle and AI tools.
