Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience with financial reporting or technical accounting, including public company exposure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare external filings and internal reporting (Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K) and earnings releases with supporting schedules.
• Manage equity accounting under ASC 718 including monthly stock-based compensation entries and reconciliations.
• Research and analyze U.S. GAAP and SEC guidance; contribute to technical accounting memorandums; support new accounting requirements.
• Support external audits and SOX compliance with documentation and audit schedules; assist across teams to ensure accuracy.
