Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Client Accountant to perform full cycle accounting for multiple clients, including cash and accrual management, general ledger tasks, and timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities include preparing reporting packages, reviewing fixed asset ledgers, and communicating with clients and property management; a degree in Finance or Accounting and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• College degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Less than one year of experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Prior accounting/database software experience preferred; basic CRE knowledge; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform Full Cycle Accounting: analyze accounts, cash, AP/AR, accruals, reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reporting packages per internal controls for multiple clients.
• Prepare and review fixed asset ledgers and depreciation per client needs.
• Communicate with clients and property management; support audits.
