Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and oversee the company’s financial plans and budgets
• Maintain accurate financial records including ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
• Analyze historical and current financial data and prepare regular/ad hoc financial reports
• Perform general ledger close activities and ensure timely month-end/year-end closes
• Collaborate on process improvements to enhance efficiency and financial operations
• Maintain internal controls and assist with external/internal audits
• Provide transactional accounting backup and overflow support
• Train and guide staff on accounting processes and systems
• Handle ad hoc analyses and projects as required
