Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to own month-end close, journal entries, and financial reporting. The role collaborates with operations to drive accuracy, efficiency, and process improvements within a dynamic organization.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, ERP and accounting software proficiency, and CPA-track preferred. Manufacturing/project-based exposure is highly desirable and the position offers growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• CPA designation or CPA-track preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, engineering, construction, industrial services, or other project-based environments is highly desirable.
• Exposure to cost accounting, project accounting, or job costing practices is considered a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead month-end and year-end close activities.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies.
• Analyze financial data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Partner with operational teams to support business objectives.
• Assist in developing and strengthening internal controls.
