AESSEAL, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented finance support professional in Rockford, TN. You will assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management processes while gaining exposure to broader finance activities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing, or recently completed, an Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field preferred.
• Foundational understanding of accounting concepts and a strong interest in practical accounting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support vendor account management and processing of purchase invoices.
• Reconcile supplier statements to accounts payable records and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with employee expense reimbursements and ACH, check, and international wire payments.
• Apply and allocate customer payments to balances and support reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve customer account discrepancies and balance disputes.
• Support collections for past-due balances and coordinate with Sales to resolve issues.
• Support daily bank and cash reconciliations and review bank activity.
• Assist with bank deposits and processing of card payments and credits.
• Gain exposure to sales reporting, management accounting, audits, and other finance areas.
• Assist with month-end close, journal posting, Sales & Use Tax, budgeting, and other tasks.
• Provide administrative support and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Assist with balance sheet reconciliations.
