The Salvation Army North and Central Illinois Division is seeking a full-time exempt accountant in the Finance Department to perform comprehensive accounting duties and ensure accurate financial reporting. The role emphasizes reconciliation, analysis, and adherence to internal controls.
Responsibilities include monthly bank reconciliations, cash flow reviews, and continuous improvement of reconciliation processes across the corps and service centers within the division.

Perform full scope accounting duties for the accounting operations of corps/360 service centers within the North and Central Illinois Division. Assist with timely and accurate analysis and reporting. This position is expected to maintain The Salvation Army’s high standards of productivity, service excellence, timely results and adherence to policies and procedures.
