General Intuition is seeking a Senior Accountant to own US core close processes, including AP, AR, and Medal billing. You will partner with the Global Controller to deliver a five-business-day month-end close and ensure clean, audit-ready ledgers.

You'll manage bank accounts, cash forecasting, intercompany activity, and revenue recognition support while driving in-house accounting improvements with modern tooling (Rillet and Ramp). CPA or CPA-track candidates preferred.

Qualificações

• 4–7 years of accounting experience, including Big 4 or public accounting.
• Experience at a high-growth company; CPA or CPA track preferred.
• Strong US GAAP foundation with extreme attention to detail.
• Experience moving accounting in-house from outsourced partner is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle accounts payable: invoicing, coding, approvals, payments, reimbursements, and year-end 1099s.
• Own accounts receivable and Medal billing: issuing invoices, applying cash, collections, AR aging.
• Own reconciliations: bank, credit card, intercompany, and balance sheet accounts.
• Support US month-end close with accruals and journals; deliver close within 5 business days.
• Manage US bank accounts, cash flow forecasting, and funding ahead of payroll.
• Maintain audit-ready ledgers and vendor records; support revenue recognition, audits, and tax filings.
