Job summary

RateHawk is seeking a Senior Accountant to support the migration to a new ERP system. This fixed-term, one-year position focuses on data migration, automation, and improved reporting while coordinating with the ERP team.

You will reconcile data, manage integrations, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth financial transition. The role is fully remote with a flexible schedule and requires 3+ years in accounting plus ERP experience.

Qualifications

3+ years in finance or accounting with ERP migration/implementation exposure.
Experience in an international company is a plus.
English level at least B1 or higher.
Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP and formulas.
Knowledge of 1C/ERP finance programs; SAP or IFRS advantageous.

Responsibilities

Perform monthly reconciliation of revenue in 1C with analytics data and adjust as needed.
Reconcile balances with partners and correct discrepancies promptly.
Review accounts receivable/payable and fix mismatches.
Create tickets for ERP development to drive automation and improvements.
Prepare detailed reports for auditors and stakeholders.
Coordinate with IT and 1C team to resolve issues.
