Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its corporate accounting team in a rapidly growing healthcare services organization. The role offers broad exposure to month-end close, financial reporting, acquisitions integration, audit support, and ERP transformation initiatives.

The position provides visibility across multiple business units and a fast-paced environment with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA preferred.
• 5-7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Public accounting, audit, or corporate accounting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close.
• Experience with fixed assets, lease accounting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• ERP implementation or system conversion experience is highly desirable.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle accounting responsibilities for assigned business regions.
• Participate in month-end and quarter-end close activities.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses.
• Maintain accounting for lease portfolios and fixed assets across the organization.
• Assist with consolidated financial reporting and management reporting packages.
• Support external audits and coordinate audit requests.
• Partner with tax advisors and assist with compliance-related activities.
• Help drive ERP implementation, data migration, and process improvements.
• Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting workflows.
• Collaborate with operations and finance teams to support business initiatives and acquisitions.
