Job summary

RSM Solutions, Inc is seeking a seasoned Functional Finance SME to guide ERP migrations within a manufacturing environment. The role is remote for a contract of at least 3 months, focusing on finance processes, budgeting, and data management, with close collaboration to executives.

You will partner with CEO, CFO, COO, and CIO to shape the roadmap for ERP migrations during mergers & acquisitions, leveraging DelmiaWorks and Microsoft Dynamics 365 as system of record tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years as Functional Finance lead for ERP, manufacturing focus.
• Led ERP migrations during mergers & acquisitions.
• Experience guiding C-level executives through ERP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main functional resource for finance in ERP projects.
• Roadmap and coordinate planning for GL, AP, AR, ERP modules.
• Configure and support GL, AP, AR, Cash/Cost/Tax in ERP.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs and configurations.
• Develop test plans, support UAT, and provide end-user training documentation.
