Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, including equity method investments.

• Proficiency with month-end and quarter-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting and reporting of equity method investments, recording share of investee earnings and losses.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules related to investment activity.
• Analyze financial statements from investees to ensure accurate accounting.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes under U.S. GAAP.
• Assist with financial statements, management reporting, and investment roll-forward schedules.
• Evaluate investment activity including contributions, distributions, and ownership changes.
• Research technical accounting matters related to equity method investments.
• Support audits by preparing documentation and responding to information requests.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to support reporting and business objectives.
