Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or finance.
• 3+ years of public accounting or private industry accounting covering full close cycle.
• CPA or active progress toward CPA is valued.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close; prepare journal entries and reconciliations with variance analysis.
• Maintain general ledger integrity and resolve reconciling items.
• Produce KPI, scorecard, and Board reporting with high polish.
• Maintain trackers and data behind KPIs and dashboards.
• Deliver ad hoc analytics for client service teams; ask clarifying questions.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting with variance narratives.
• Assist with annual audit and tax filings; respond to requests timely.
• Maintain and strengthen controls over financial reporting; propose improvements.
• Support future system upgrades and AI-enabled initiatives.
• Take on special projects (insurance renewals, system conversions, cross-department tasks).
