• Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process.
• Prepare and analyze GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Own inventory and COGS accounting, including reserves and landed costs.
• Reconcile e-commerce revenue, payment processors, and bank accounts.
• Manage revenue recognition for DTC sales, returns, discounts, and gift cards.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, and Merchandising.

About the Role

We’re a fast‑growing direct‑to‑consumer fashion brand looking for a hands‑on Senior Accountant to help scale our finance operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high‑growth, e‑commerce environment and wants real ownership over the close, reporting, and inventory accounting.

What You Will Do

• Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process
• Prepare and analyze GAAP‑compliant financial statements
• Own inventory and COGS accounting, including reserves and landed costs
• Reconcile e‑commerce revenue, payment processors, and bank accounts
• Manage revenue recognition for DTC sales, returns, discounts, and gift cards
• Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, and Merchandising
• Support sales tax and indirect tax compliance with third‑party providers
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting processes
• Support audits and ad hoc financial projects as the business grows
• Light AP and AR duties

What We are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA a plus)
• 4–7+ years of accounting experience, ideally in DTC, e‑commerce, retail, or consumer products
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and month‑end close
• Proven experience with inventory accounting and COGS
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and e‑commerce platforms (Apparel Magic, Full Circle, QuickBooks, Shopify, Stripe, etc.)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communicator who collaborates well across teams
