Bespoke Fashion LLC in the New York City metropolitan area is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our growing finance function as the business scales.

You will assist with day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, monthly close, and reporting, while gaining exposure to licensing, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of accounting experience, ideally in apparel, wholesale, or licensing.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP software (D365) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Support monthly close processes and account reconciliations.
• Manage cash flow reconciliation and reporting.
• Prepare royalty reports for licensed brand partners.

We're looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our finance function as the business continues to scale.

What You'll Do

• Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger entries
• Support monthly close processes and account reconciliations
• Manage cash flow reconciliation and reporting
• Help prepare royalty reports for licensed brand partners
• Assist with budgeting and expense tracking across departments
• Maintain organized, accurate financial records and documentation

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of accounting experience (apparel, wholesale, or licensing industry experience a plus)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with Microsoft D365 or similar ERP/accounting software preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) a plus
