The position leads month-end close, consolidations, intercompany accounting, and external reporting for a multi-entity organization, requiring strong GAAP expertise and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA license or active pursuit of CPA.
• Experience with NetSuite is required.
• Experience with debt accounting and multi-entity consolidations.
• Strong GAAP financial reporting background.
• Experience preparing lender reporting packages.

Aufgaben

• Manage month-end close, consolidations, and debt accounting across multi-entity structure.
• Prepare lender reporting packages and covenant compliance certificates.
• Coordinate with lenders, auditors, and outside counsel on debt-related reporting.
• Produce Management Operating Reports and ad hoc analyses.
• Oversee intercompany reconciliations and standalone GAAP statements.
