Blue Compass RV is seeking a Senior Accountant at our Corporate Headquarters in Fort Lauderdale. You will own debt accounting, consolidation, and external reporting for a multi-entity structure, working closely with senior leaders on debt, treasury, and lender matters.

The role requires CPA status, NetSuite experience, and a strong GAAP reporting background. Expect interaction with lenders, auditors, and executives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA license or actively pursuing CPA required.
• Experience with NetSuite required.
• Experience in debt accounting (term loans, revolvers, mortgages, swaps).
• Intercompany accounting and multi-entity consolidations experience.
• Strong GAAP financial reporting background.
• Experience preparing lender reporting packages.
• Experience with covenant compliance and borrowing base calculations.
• Advanced Excel; strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
• Strong communication with senior leadership, lenders, and outside advisors.

Responsabilités

• Own debt accounting processes, including amortization schedules and debt-related entries.
• Prepare intercompany reconciliations and eliminations across entities.
• Produce consolidated and standalone GAAP financial statements.
• Prepare lender reporting packages and covenant-related deliverables.
• Coordinate with lenders, external auditors, and counsel on debt reporting.
