Job summary

Blue Grace Logistics LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant in Florida to own complex monthly journal entries and maintain GAAP-compliant close processes. You will consolidate data across the US, Canada, and Mexico while supporting audits and process improvements in a fast-growth, PE-backed 3PL environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 3+ years of experience with strong Excel and ERP systems expertise.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and close processes.
Experience with ERP/accounting systems; Certinia/FinancialForce or Salesforce a plus.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; AI tools a plus.

Responsibilities

Own and execute complex monthly journal entries across assigned areas.
Prepare and review account reconciliations for high-risk GL accounts.
Prepare consolidated financial statement schedules and supporting workpapers.
Assist with multi-entity accounting for US, Canada, and Mexico entities.
Liaise with internal and external auditors; prepare audit schedules and respond to inquiries.
Mentor and review the work of Staff Accountants; support their development.
Respond to inquiries from operations and management regarding GL activity.
