Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and general ledger accounting.
• Experience with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Strong Excel skills including PivotTables and lookups.
• Experience working with multiple legal entities and intercompany accounting.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare and review account reconciliations (cash, prepaid, lease, fixed assets, accruals, intercompany).
• Prepare and post journal entries (recurring, accrual, reclassification, adjusting).
• Analyze account activity and variances.
• Assist with monthly financial statements and management reporting.
• Maintain supporting documentation for transactions and balances.
• Manage fixed asset accounting (additions, disposals, depreciation).
• Assist with lease accounting and other technical accounting areas.
• Perform intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
• Support AP/AR/GL activities as needed.
• Assist audit requests with schedules and documentation.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and internal controls.
• Collaborate with operations and finance to resolve issues.
