Job summary

Management Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior Accountant to join the HQ Accounting group, reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer and collaborating with the CFO on debt, treasury, lender and parent-company reporting.

This role leads month-end close, consolidation, debt accounting, and external reporting across a multi-entity structure, serving as a key contact for lenders, auditors and outside advisors on debt- and covenant-related matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA license or active pursuit of CPA is required.
• Prior NetSuite experience is required.
• Experience in debt accounting (term loans, revolvers, mortgages, interest rate swaps) is preferred.
• Experience with intercompany accounting and multi-entity consolidations is preferred.
• Strong GAAP financial reporting background is required.
• Experience preparing lender reporting packages or supporting lender relationships is preferred.
• Experience with parent company/consolidated reporting in a multi-entity organization is preferred.
• Experience with covenant compliance and borrowing base calculations under a credit agreement is preferred.
• Experience with management operating reports or similar internal management reporting packages is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-entity accounting environment.

Responsibilities

• Own debt accounting processes including amortization, interest and payments.
• Prepare intercompany reconciliations and eliminations for consolidated entities.
• Prepare consolidated and standalone GAAP financial statements.
• Prepare lender reporting packages and covenant compliance documents.
• Coordinate with lenders, banks and outside counsel on debt-related requests.
• Support external audits related to debt, treasury and reporting.
• Prepare the Management Operating Report (MOR) and related analyses.
• Ensure reporting ties to GAAP consolidated results.
• Assist with month-end close and general ledger maintenance using NetSuite.
