Titan Electric, a leading national electrical contractor with multiple locations, seeks a Senior Accountant to support financial reporting, job costing, and analysis. This role drives accurate close processes, WIP reporting, and project profitability insight across business units.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in accounting, construction industry experience, and strong Excel/ERP skills to partner with operations and leadership while upholding internal controls and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 5+ years in accounting/financial reporting.
• Construction industry experience preferred, with project costing and revenue recog.
• Strong Excel and ERP experience; ability to partner with operations and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with GAAP compliance.
• Drive close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Own WIP reporting and revenue recognition for project performance.
• Partner with operations and project management for costing and forecasting.
• Analyze project margins, labor productivity, and profitability drivers.
• Ensure internal controls and contract requirements; support audits.
• Assist with tax compliance and regulatory filings as needed.
• Identify process improvements for efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate on ERP optimization and data integrity initiatives.
• Evaluate cash flow impacts from project execution, billing, and collections.
