Job summary

Titan Electric is seeking a Senior Accountant to support financial reporting, job costing, and analysis across our projects. This role ensures GAAP compliance, accurate project profitability, and data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years in accounting, construction industry experience preferred, and strong Excel/ERP skills. You will partner with operations and management to drive close processes, budgeting, and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Construction industry accounting experience preferred, including project accounting and job costing.
• Strong cash flow, working capital, and project profitability knowledge.
• Proficiency with Excel including financial modeling and pivot tables.
• Experience with ERP and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per GAAP.
• Drive month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules.
• Own WIP reporting and revenue recognition for projects.
• Partner with operations for job costing and project forecasting.
• Analyze project margins, labor productivity, and costs.
• Ensure internal controls and compliance; support audits.
• Assist with tax compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Identify process improvements and ERP optimization.
