International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO) is seeking a Senior Project Accountant Manager in Nashville to lead full-cycle project accounting, billing, and financial reporting. This hands-on role emphasizes profitability, revenue recognition, and executive reporting with strong growth potential.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project accounting, experience with AIA billing and ASC 606, and solid Excel skills; Viewpoint Spectrum experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project accounting experience.
• Experience with AIA billing, ASC 606, WIP, and percentage-of-completion accounting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; proficient in data analysis.
• Viewpoint Spectrum or similar ERP experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
