Access Truck Parts is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to perform and oversee complex accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting month-end and year-end close processes. This role acts as a technical accounting resource, working independently and guiding junior staff, partnering with the Controller to uphold internal controls and drive process improvements.

The candidate will prepare journal entries, close books, and assist with audits, while leveraging GAAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Public accounting experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, review, and post journal entries per GAAP.
• Lead complex account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare financial statements, schedules, and management reports.
• Analyze results and explain variances.
