Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification or active CPA candidate preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close activities for assigned areas.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Ensure GAAP-compliant recording of transactions.
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Assist in timely, accurate financial statements.
• Perform monthly variance analysis and identify trends.
• Partner with leaders to improve financial understanding and decisions.
• Provide reporting to support profitability and operations.
• Support payroll processing and incentive accounting.
• Maintain internal controls and payroll compliance.
