Job summary

Overseas Network is seeking a hands-on accounting leader to own the accounting cycle across multiple entities, manage liquidity, and strengthen controls. You will drive month-end close, reconciliations, and QuickBooks with a focus on automation and accuracy, while coordinating audits and tax compliance.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of accounting experience with senior roles such as Controller or Finance Director.
• Expertise in QuickBooks Online, GL accounting, reconciliations, and controls.
• Strong cash-flow management, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency or international operations.
• Detail-oriented with ability to investigate discrepancies and root causes.
• Proven ability to build or improve accounting systems and automated workflows.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and related tools.
• Hospitality/travel industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the accounting cycle across multiple entities, including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and QuickBooks management.
• Manage daily liquidity, cash-flow forecasting, payment prioritization, and funding across currencies.
• Investigate discrepancies, identify risks, and implement stronger controls.
• Maintain audit-ready records and coordinate tax compliance and external audits.
• Partner with tech to automate workflows and improve data accuracy between QuickBooks, the proprietary platform, and internal systems.
• Prepare and validate financial statements and cash-flow reports for executive leadership.
