Job summary

Direct Luxury Solutions is seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee accounting operations for multiple companies in a fast-paced environment. You will manage AR/AP, payroll, and inventory, ensuring accurate financial records and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate has strong QuickBooks expertise (desktop and online), Webgility experience, and a proven ability to handle month‑end close and cross‑company reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting role (corporate/ multi‑company).
• Proficiency with QuickBooks (desktop and online) and Webgility.
• Experience with payroll processing and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Manage AR/AP across multiple companies using QuickBooks.
• Process payroll and maintain payroll records.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and inventory accounts.
• Maintain chart of accounts and orderly filing system.
• Produce monthly financial and management reports.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments.
