Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash reconciliation and match deposits with POS.
• Assist in setting up payment processing for new stores and change orders with bank/IT.
• Prepare a weekly cash flow report for management.
• Oversee the Accounting Department and approve bi-weekly timecards.
• Prepare monthly journal entries for all cash transactions including payroll.
• Complete data for monthly workers' compensation journal entries and tax filings.
