Qualifications

• Prepare journal entries, financial statement support schedules and management reports.
• GL reporting and expense analysis to support decision making.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Support internal control documentation and audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and automate where possible.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, financial statement support schedules and management reports.

• Complete daily DTC cash applications and bank reconciliations.
• Analyze changes in assets, liabilities and equity for proper recognition.
• Assist with internal control documentation and SOPs.
• Participate in annual financial statement audits and tax prep.
• Support sales/use tax filings and 1099 processes.
