Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.
• 5–7 years progressive accounting experience, preferably in food service/retail/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and GAAP compliance.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with proper documentation.
• Assist in preparation and review of P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow.
• Manage month‑end and year‑end closing procedures.
• Support budgeting and forecasting with relevant data and analysis.
• Coordinate external audits and tax preparation keeping regulatory compliance.
• Review and improve internal controls and accounting processes.
• Oversee fixed asset accounting, depreciation schedules, and reconciliations.
• Analyze financial trends, variances, and risk management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to follow financial policies.
• Implement integrations, automations, and process efficiencies.
