Job summary

HealthBridge Financial seeks a systems-oriented Senior Accountant focused on improving processes and delivering accurate financial results. You will contribute to monthly close, strengthen accounting infrastructure, and automate recurring tasks using Sage Intacct, Brex, and Amazon QuickSight.

The role requires advanced Excel skills, ownership, and the ability to operate in a fast-changing environment while maintaining close accuracy and control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or CPA-track preferred.
• 4-7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with Power Query and complex data analysis.
• Strong experience with Sage Intacct; Brex and QuickSight helpful.
• Solid understanding of month-end close, reconciliations, and GL accounting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, schedules, and close deliverables.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close with deadlines and quality.
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and investigate anomalies.
• Analyze financial data and explain variances year over year and vs budget.
• Assist with financial reporting, audits, and documentation.
