HealthBridge Financial seeks a Senior Accountant to improve processes while ensuring accurate financial results. You will own the monthly close, support reporting, audits, and strengthen the accounting infrastructure for a growing healthcare finance business.

Strong Excel, system crossover, and automation mindset are essential. Hybrid role in Downtown Chicago with Tue/Thu on-site days; you’ll partner with controllers to automate reconciliations and close activities using Sage Intacct, Brex, and

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
CPA or CPA-track preferred.
4–7 years of progressive accounting experience.
Advanced Excel, Power Query, pivot tables, and data analysis.
Strong Sage Intacct experience; Brex and Amazon QuickSight preferred.
Understanding of month-end close and general ledger accounting.
Ability to automate processes and improve systems.
Ownership and attention to detail in a fast-changing environment.

Responsabilidades

Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, supporting schedules, and other close deliverables.
Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Maintain general ledger accuracy and investigate unusual balances or activity.
Analyze financial data and explain variances.
Support financial reporting, audit requests, and documentation requirements.
