Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
We are seeking an Audit Senior Accountant to join an established, regional CPA and advisory firm in Bucks County. In this high-touch role, you will lead commercial, non-profit, and employee benefit plan/ESOP engagements while working directly with client leadership.

Engagement Ownership: Run audit engagements from planning to completion, supervising field execution and ensuring high technical quality.
Client Collaboration: Serve as a primary point of contact for commercial businesses, non-profits, and ESOP/benefit plan clients within the local regional area.
Team Development: Delegate tasks effectively, review workpapers, and actively mentor junior audit staff and interns.
Technical Versatility: Develop multi-disciplinary expertise across audit, tax, and advisory touchpoints to deliver holistic business solutions.
Practice Growth: Participate in continuing education, internal networking programs, and firm-sponsored charitable and community initiatives.
Experience: 3-5 years of dedicated public accounting audit experience.
Credentials: Active CPA license required.
Software Skills: Proficiency with standard audit/accounting platforms (experience with CCH Engagement or Knowledge Coach is a plus).
Attributes: Strong analytical capability, excellent time management, and clear written and verbal communication skills.
Travel: Ability to visit client sites locally (all clients are located within a 90-minute drive of the office; zero overnight travel required).
