Machina Labs seeks a Senior Accountant to own the accounts payable function and support broader accounting operations across a multi-entity NetSuite environment. This hands-on role covers AP processing, GL analysis, journal entries, and ongoing process improvements as the company scales.

The Senior Accountant will report to the Accounting Manager and help build scalable procure-to-pay, close, and reporting processes across the organization.

Formación

• Experience in accounts payable and P2P processes.
• Strong reconciliation and analytical abilities.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own AP with vendor bills and invoices in NetSuite and Bill.com.
• Perform 3-way matching to validate bills before payment.
• Manage vendor onboarding including W-9/W-8 and banking details.
• Prepare and post journal entries for close periods.
• Analyze GL accounts and perform reconciliations.
• Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation.
• Identify process gaps and support integrations.
• Assist with audits and ad hoc accounting projects.
