Crash Champions is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our accounting team. The role focuses on maintaining accurate general ledger, preparing analyses, and supporting budgets and forecasts.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to improve accounting processes and ensure strong internal controls while leveraging AI tools to streamline month-end close. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, experience in public/private accounting, and strong communication and

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Experience in public accounting, consulting, or corporate accounting preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills required.
• Independent, self-starter who works well in a team environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Power Query, Alteryx) a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage assigned general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy and alignment with company policies.
• Perform reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Provide variance analysis and insights to senior management.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support internal and external audits and prepare schedules.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices; leverage Co-pilot Suite to streamline close processes.
