Crash Champions in Richardson, TX is seeking a talented Senior Accountant to join our accounting team. This role maintains accurate general ledger accounts, drives timely reporting, and partners with cross-functional leaders to optimize financial processes.

You will support budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and audits, while exploring improvements and leveraging Co-pilot Suite AI tools to streamline month-end close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Experience in public accounting, consulting, or corporate accounting.
• Strong communication with peers and senior management.
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work cross-functionally.
• Proficiency with MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned general ledger accounts and ensure accurate postings.
• Perform reconciliations and variance analyses.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
