Job summary

Onco360 is seeking a Senior Accountant in Louisville, KY, with remote position possible for the right candidate and 340B experience preferred. The role will involve reconciling 340B data, extensive Excel-based analysis, and collaboration with accounting staff.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve claim level data from multiple third-party administrators and reconcile to internal data
• Calculate and record accounting entries for 340B dispense fee revenue and related costs
• Consolidate large Excel data sets for reporting and GL reconciliation
• Track inventory receivables and create monthly aging by NDC and entity
• Process invoices with verification of claims and matching inventory receivables
• Analyze 340B claim level variances between external reports and internal files
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and communicate results to Accounting Manager
• Support external auditors with necessary information and documents
