We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Houston, TX, with potential remote flexibility for the right candidate with 340B experience.

Responsibilities include 340B data reconciliation, large Excel data handling, and monthly closing activities; you will work with internal partners and external auditors to

Qualificações

• Required degree in accounting or commensurate experience.
• 3+ years experience in accounting, month end close, data reconciliation.
• Experience with medical or pharmacy claim data and inventory reporting desired.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Retrieve and reconcile claim level data from multiple sources in Excel reports.
• Record accounting entries for 340B dispense revenue, COGS, and inventory receivables.
• Consolidate large Excel datasets for analysis and GL reconciliation.
• Track inventory receivables by NDC/entity and prepare aging reports.
• Verify invoices and ensure proper offsetting inventory receivables.
• Analyze 340B variances and communicate findings to the Accounting Manager.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and support audits.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to improve internal controls.
